The grass is always greener on the other side. Chelsea's form under Thomas Tuchel had eroded before his sacking in September but with just one win in 10 now under Graham Potter it is clear what the fans think.

The Blues have been booed and jeered by their own supporters consistently over the past month tracing back to defeats against Manchester City and Fulham. Cries for Roman Abramovich have been made and Tuchel's name has been sung too.

The German was immensely popular for standing with his side, essentially acting as the public face during the club's sale and the restrictions that were placed on the club following sanctions imposed on Abramovich by the UK government. Tuchel's character, as much as anything, was extremely impressive.
